Job Description
- 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM/HR Configuration.
- Extensive experience in SAP Payroll Configuration.
- Hands-on expertise in Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
- Strong understanding of SAP Payroll processing, schemas, and wage types.
- Experience in HR and Payroll configuration remediation and issue resolution.
- Ability to implement changes to HR attributes and remediate downstream configuration impacts.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting production environments and enhancement requests.
