- Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, requests, and escalations.
- Conduct client onboarding and ensure clients are fully informed about products or services.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, support, and finance teams to ensure timely resolution of client matters.
- Monitor account performance and health, and follow up on renewals and contract extensions.
- Identify and report opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as required.
