Telesales Supervisor – Blinkit & Swiggy Process

Digital Solutions is hiring an experienced Telesales Supervisor to manage and lead our telesales team for the Blinkit & Swiggy process.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the telesales team.
- Guide team members on effective calling, pitching, follow-ups, and customer conversion.
- Monitor daily calling, leads, registrations, and conversion performance.
- Ensure the team achieves assigned daily and monthly targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer queries.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance updates with management.
- Train current team members on the process, pitch, and calling guidelines.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and consistent team performance.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales/telecalling supervision.
- Experience in Blinkit or Swiggy process will be preferred.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Candidates who can manage a team and drive conversions are preferred.
