Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Onboarding: Identify and appoint new channel partners and distributors.
- Payment Compliance: Ensure all distributor tie-ups operate strictly on an advance payment basis (no credit).
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives to hit daily targets.
- Territory Sales: Map the local market, generate leads, and drive software sales through your team.
