Job Opening – Female Recruiters (Work from Home)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 + Incentives
? Eligibility: Freshers with solid communication & convincing skills
- Must speak Fluent Hindi and Good English
- Interested in talking to jobseekers, conducting interviews, and analyzing suitability for roles
? Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call and interact with jobseekers, explain available work profiles
- Convince candidates to apply for suitable roles
- Gather referrals and arrange daily walk‑ins at client locations
- Coordinate with candidates and ensure proper follow‑up until they join
- Track candidate progress until successful completion of 2 months at the Client Place.
- ? Skills Required: Excellent communication and convincing ability
- Confidence in handling jobseekers
- Good at building rapport and maintaining records in Excel sheet. Good typing speed
- Strong follow‑up and coordination skills
