- Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring smooth functioning of HVAC systems, chillers, DG sets, UPS, HT/LT panels.
- Oversee maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of issues related to electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years' experience in managing residential properties with a focus on electrical engineering.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, DG sets, UPS, HT/LT panels.
