- AC Maintenance: Air Conditioning (AC) repair and maintenance. Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot AC units (split, window), and monitor performance, gas levels, and thermostats.
- Electrical Systems: Inspect and repair electrical components, including lighting, power distributions, and emergency backups.
- Plumbing & Piping: Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and water systems to prevent disruptions.
- General Facility Upkeep: Address structural snags (doors, windows, drywall, painting) and perform routine parts renewal or repairs.
- Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to local safety standards, emergency protocols, and OSHA guidelines.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs of inspections, repairs, and track spare parts inventory
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: ITI Trade Certificate (Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC) or Diploma
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in facility, hotel, hospital or industrial maintenance specialty in Air Conditioning repair and maintenance
