Responsibilities

- Personally operate and maintain a pool of LinkedIn accounts.
- Review assigned companies and contacts to validate that they match the campaigns target customer profile.
- Send relevant and personalized connection requests, introductions, and follow-up messages using approved campaign playbooks.
- Respond to inbound messages, profile engagement, comments, referrals, and expressions of interest.
- Qualify conversations based on company size, industry, business need, decision-making authority, urgency, and interest.
- Schedule qualified meetings or route interested prospects to the appropriate Prospectory or Greenway representative.
- Record campaign activity, responses, qualification notes, opt-outs, meetings, and next steps in the approved CRM.
- Engage with approved company content through thoughtful posts, comments, and professional conversations.
- Participate in campaign training, message reviews, weekly check-ins, and performance coaching.
- Manage LinkedIn accounts, and other aspects to keep LI account-health high.

Required qualifications





- An established and credible professional history.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing LinkedIn based campaings.
- Ability to personalize messages rather than relying on generic scripts.
- Experience in sales, business development, recruiting, marketing, customer success, consulting, or professional networking.
- Ability to recognize a qualified business conversation and route it appropriately.
- Reliable availability and responsiveness during assigned campaign periods.
- Comfort working with a CRM, campaign instructions, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other official LinkedIn business products.
- Existing professional connections in technology, cloud, artificial intelligence, government contracting, qualified services, or enterprise software.
- Previous B2B appointment-setting or lead-qualification experience.
