ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
For Freshers:
- UG / Graduate from any stream
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
For Experienced Candidates:
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
- Experience in International BPO / Customer Support will be preferred
Candidates should have:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Active listening and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer interactions from UK & US customers through Voice and Chat
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every interaction
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements
- Maintain productivity, quality and other process KPIs
- Document customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required
