Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate insurance claims for accident and repair vehicles received at the workshop.
- Liaise with insurance companies, surveyors and customers throughout the claim process.
- Verify insurance policies, coverage, claim eligibility and required documentation.
- Prepare and submit claim forms, estimates, photographs and supporting documents to insurers.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor, Bodyshop, Workshop and Billing teams for smooth claim processing.
- Follow up with surveyors for vehicle inspection, approvals and repair authorizations.
- Track claim status and ensure timely approval and settlement of insurance claims.
- Communicate claim updates, approvals, deductions and customer liabilities clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, approvals, invoices, settlements and pending cases.




- Ensure compliance with insurance company guidelines and dealership processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Any Degree / Insurance / Automobile with 2-5 years of experience in motor insurance claims or automotive workshops.
- Experience with car dealerships, authorized workshops, body shops or insurance companies is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of motor insurance claims, surveyor coordination, claim documentation, approvals and settlements.
- Excellent customer handling, communication, follow-up and coordination skills, with good knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
