About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment operations and hiring delivery for telecom and telecom infrastructure businesses.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume recruitment across field operations, technical, operational, managerial, and leadership roles.
- The candidate should have proven experience managing a recruitment team, partnering with business stakeholders, and developing effective hiring strategies to meet organizational manpower requirements while maintaining recruitment quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Delivery

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume telecom hiring requirements.
- Manage recruitment across field operations, technical, operational, managerial, and leadership positions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet business hiring targets within agreed timelines.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future manpower requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, and overall delivery performance.

2. Team Management & Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-6 recruiters.
- Allocate hiring requirements and monitor individual and team performance.
- Establish recruitment targets, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
- Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and stakeholder coordination.
- Build a collaborative and delivery-focused recruitment team.

3. Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and operational teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop hiring plans aligned with business priorities and workforce needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, hiring challenges, and delivery metrics.




- Manage escalations and ensure effective coordination between recruitment and business teams.

4. Manpower Planning & Recruitment MIS

- Support workforce planning and forecasting based on business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Track recruitment KPIs, sourcing effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratios, and hiring costs.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

5. Compliance & Cost Optimization

- Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and applicable requirements.
- Drive cost-effective recruitment through efficient sourcing channels and vendor management.
- Optimize recruitment expenditure without compromising candidate quality.
- Standardize recruitment processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Solid experience in high-volume telecom recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for field, technical, operational, managerial, and leadership positions.
- Experience managing a team of 5-6 recruiters.
- Strong stakeholder management and recruitment delivery capabilities.
- Experience in manpower planning, recruitment MIS, compliance, and cost-effective hiring.
- Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Industry Background

- Similar field-intensive, large-scale operational organizations
- Candidates from organizations such as Mahindra Powerol and similar industry organizations will also be considered.

Education

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Interested candidates with relevant telecom recruitment leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
