We are hiring for a Project Manager Project Sales with 7-10 years of experience in Project Sales / Project Business Development within the Electrical, Switchgear, Industrial Automation or Industrial Solutions industry.

The role involves driving project business and sales growth, developing new project opportunities, managing strategic accounts and ensuring successful order closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current project opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Drive project business and achieve assigned sales, business and order booking targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with End Users, Panel Builders, OEMs, Contractors and Consultants.
- Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity identification to commercial negotiation and order closure.
- Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline, sales forecast and business plan.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Service teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct market mapping to identify upcoming projects, customers and business opportunities.
- Handle commercial discussions, negotiations and tendering activities.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular MIS, sales reports, project status updates and forecasts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong professional with good knowledge of Switchgear and Industrial Automation solutions, along with experience in Project Sales, Business Development and customer relationship management.
- Candidates with an established network across the East Region and experience dealing with OEMs, Panel Builders, EPCs, Contractors, Consultants and End Users will be preferred.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Skills Project Sales, Project Business, Business Development, Switchgear, Industrial Automation, Electrical Products, Automation Products, Project Management, Tendering, Order Booking, End Users, Panel Builders, OEMs, Contractors, Consultants, Commercial Negotiation, Project Pipeline, Forecasting.
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics or relevant Engineering qualification.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate with customers, sales and engineering teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
