We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual - Technical Delivery Manager strong enough to understand discussions around Python, FastAPI, Next.js, APIs, LLMs, RAG and cloud architecture, while being capable of managing communication, requirements, quality, issues, and delivery between Japanese customers and engineering teams.

We are looking for a Japanese bilingual technical qualified who can:

- Function as the communication bridge between Japanese customers and technical delivery teams.
- Participate in Japanese client meetings and provide requirements confirmation and meeting interpretation.
- Understand technical requirements and convert them into clear tasks and action items for engineering teams.
- Coordinate issues, risks, dependencies, and tasks between Japanese stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Understand AI/GenAI application requirements and associated acceptance criteria.
- Extend expertise for entire SDLC including project implementation process of pre and post go-live activities.
- Coordinate testing, quality validation, UAT, release, and production activities.
- Review AI/GenAI application outputs from a quality and business acceptance perspective.




- Facilitate smooth communication throughout the complete project lifecycle.

Must Have

- Business-level Japanese communication skills JLPT N3/N2/N1 or equivalent.
- Fluent Japanese to English and English to Japanese communication and interpretation skills.
- Experience of collaborating with Japanese clients or Japanese stakeholders.
- Experience in technical coordination / Bridge SE / Technical PM / Delivery Management / Project Coordination.
- Experience in AI / GenAI / software development projects.
- Understanding of AI/GenAI application requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Basic understanding of LLM, RAG and API integration.
- High-level understanding of Python, FastAPI and Next.js.
- Experience coordinating testing, quality assurance, and release activities.
- Basic understanding of Azure and/or AWS architecture.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong issue, task, risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience working as a Bridge SE with Japanese customers.
- Experience in Japanese IT companies or Japanese client-facing projects.
- Experience in GenAI / LLM / RAG projects.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, AWS AI/ML services, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of RAG evaluation and AI response-quality assessment.
- Experience with waterfall / Agile / Scrum delivery.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution discussions, estimation, or proposal activities.
- Experience managing UAT and production releases.
- Experience of collaborating with distributed teams across Japan and offshore delivery locations.
