- Manage daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production targets, quality, and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
- Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
- Maintain production records and reports.
