- 57 years of experience in Space Planning – JDA, Retail, or FMCG experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated intermediate Excel skills.

- Advanced knowledge and experience with the JDA space management technology platform.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with cross-functional teams/stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for the assigned category/region by developing strong process and category knowledge.
- Acquire deep customer/category context to enhance planogram and space planning decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects, including:
- Delivering visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering,
space definitions, and defined flow.
- Conducting planogram quality control to ensure compliance with assortment requirements, visual appeal, innovation opportunities, and shelving metrics.
- Ensure project timelines are met by tracking progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues.
- Leverage data to allocate the right space for the right product.
- Eliminate reporting redundancies and identify best practices for the team.
- Demonstrate a high level of accountability when handling high-visibility requests or tight turnaround timelines.
- Work collaboratively in a team workplace with a focus on achieving team goals.
- Continuously develop and apply advanced expertise in JDA, intermediate-level MS Excel, and other relevant applications.
