Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Analytics qualified to manage HR data, reporting, and workforce analytics at our plant location in Tirunelveli.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports.
- Analyze manpower, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and workforce trends.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Track manpower deployment and productivity metrics.
- Support HR management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Coordinate with plant HR and other departments for HR data and reports.




- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in HR Analytics / HR MIS / Plant HR Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.
- Experience in handling large employee datasets and HR dashboards.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment and rotational shifts.
