- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls with UK customers.
- Work on company-provided leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements, explain products/services, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 to 7 years of experience in international voice sales; UK market experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in UK voice process / international sales / telesales.
- Solid negotiation, follow-up, and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM and other technology-based tools.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales results.
