Field Sales Executive Solar (PM Surya Ghar Yojana):-

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing solar energy team. In this role, you will work directly on the ground to promote clean energy under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting door-to-door field marketing, registering interested homeowners on the official government portal, and fixing face-to-face consultation meetings between potential customers and our technical sales experts.Key Responsibilities

- Field Prospecting: Conduct daily B2C (door-to-door) field visits in assigned residential areas to pitch solar rooftop perks.
- Lead Generation & Booking: Educate homeowners about the government subsidies under the PM Surya Ghar scheme and fix qualified appointment meetings for the senior sales/technical team.
- On-Spot Registration: Assist interested customers with the initial registration process on the PM Surya Ghar mobile app/portal.
- Document Collection: Gather basic preliminary documents (such as recent electricity bills and roof details)



required to assess feasibility.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly targets for successful customer registrations and fixed meetings.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Door-to-Door Marketing, Lead Generation, or Telecom/BFSI field sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Skills: Strong persuasive communication, local language fluency, and a highly energetic field presence.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a smartphone with a working internet connection for field operations.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy or the PM Surya Ghar Yojana is a major plus, though training will be provided.
