Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Python and contemporary Generative AI frameworks.
- Build and deploy single-agent and multi-agent AI systems for enterprise use cases.
- Develop scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases and LLMs.
- Build REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI.
- Integrate AI applications with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize LLM performance through prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Follow best practices for testing, deployment, security, and Responsible AI.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience building RAG applications using vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and REST API development.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent communication frameworks.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and production deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Python Fullstack-

Required Technical Experience

Backend Development (5+ years) Mandatory





- Python backend development
- Flask framework for API development
- Pandas for data manipulation and analysis

Frontend Development – Mandatory

- Angular/React framework (TypeScript, component architecture, state management)

Database Technologies – Mandatory

- SQL databases (design, query optimization, transactions)
- MongoDB (document modeling, aggregation pipelines, indexing)

Cloud & DevOps – Nice to Have

- Good general knowledge of cloud computing concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (preferred)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
- SOLID principles and microservices architecture
- DevOps practices (automated testing, monitoring)

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, business features and functionality for backend systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, QA, and DevOps
- Write clean, maintainable code using industry best practices and modern programming languages
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Perform code reviews and contribute to best development practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Testing and Debugging: Ability to write unit tests, perform debugging, and ensure clean, maintainable code adhering to industry best practices
