- Manage the entire gold loan process from application to disbursement, ensuring timely processing and minimal delinquency rates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions for their financial requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0-13 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in gold loans or similar products.
- Strong knowledge of accountancy, auditing, banking operations, business development, sales strategies, and servicing principles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with customers; proficiency in local language(s) required.
