Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system, including policies, procedures, and training programs.

- Provide safety training to employees on various topics such as fire safety, first aid, industrial safety, construction safety, etc.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to work permits, risk identification, hazard analysis, HSE documentation, etc.

- Collaborate with project teams to develop site-specific safety plans for new projects or renovations.

- HIRA, JSA, HAZOP and HAZAN.

- Implementing sound system for Permit to work.

- Safety Committee Meeting, Safety Coordinators meeting and other meetings w.r.t. HSE.

- Emergency Planning & Preparedness, Preparing On-Site Emergency Action Plan and Mock Drill.

- All Safety and Environmental Awareness and Promotional & Motivational Activities.

- Procurement of PPEs, FFEs and training for their Protected used & maintenance (including SCBA Set).
