About the Role

We are looking for a Program Associate to join the Academics team within the Executive Education department at Masters’ Union. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-growth role suited to someone who thrives on ownership and wants to build a career in academic program management. Candidates with prior experience in administrative or academic roles at educational institutions and universities will be given preference.

Specifically, this role will involve

- Owning the full academic calendar for the cohort, including the declaration and closure of results.
- Coordinating end-to-end examination and grading cycles, including collection, compilation, and closure of results.
- Preparing, verifying, and issuing accurate mark sheets and transcripts within defined timelines.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date attendance records across all cohorts and sessions.
- Sitting through classes to monitor delivery quality and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Proactively tracking student attendance and follow up directly with students who are missing sessions.
- Owning end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) management and updation, including sessions, learning material, and assessments.
- Drafting and sending timely, high-quality email communication to students and masters, including schedules, reminders, pre-reads, and program updates.
- Acting as the key link between multiple stakeholders, including internal Masters’ Union teams, the LMS team, external/adjunct masters,

and students.
- Maintaining close, qualified relationships with learners to understand their pulse and requirements.
- Driving collection of feedback and act on improvement points identified by students and masters.
- Taking on responsibilities that go beyond academics when needed, such as organizing and supporting student events, accompanying cohorts on company/industry visits, and driving participation in student engagement activities and immersions.
- Contributing to the development of new curriculum for upcoming programs.
- Working proactively for the overall upliftment of the program, not just the academic component.

Ideal candidate will have

- Prior experience in academic or administrative roles at an educational institution, college, or university is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Canva, PowerPoint, and AI tools is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, professional emails to students and masters alike.
- Punctuality and regularity are key requirements for this role, in terms of meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.
- High ownership mindset with a genuine zeal to work for students and contribute to the growth of the overall program, even in areas outside the strict scope of academic duties.
- Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to take on non-academic responsibilities as needed, including events and student engagement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms is a plus
