2. Junior Academic Counsellor MBA/PGDM | 4 Positions

Senior Academic Counsellor – Key Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Academic Counselling/Inside Sales, preferably MBA/PGDM.

Excellent communication, presentation, counselling and convincing skills.

Should be confident in handling walk-in students and parents.

Ability to understand student profiles and recommend suitable MBA/PGDM programs.

Strong lead conversion and follow-up skills.

Should be capable of handling end-to-end admissions.

Target-oriented with the ability to achieve individual and team targets.

Good knowledge of MBA/PGDM colleges, courses, fees, eligibility and admission processes.

Should be comfortable handling high-value leads and parent interactions.

Good working knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp,



Google Sheets and other digital tools.

Junior Academic Counsellor – Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Counselling/Inside Sales.

MBA/PGDM counselling experience preferred.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Valuable understanding of admission processes.

Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp and online counselling.

Ability to maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

Common Work Details

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: 6 days a week

Sunday: Fixed Off

Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment: Full-time
