Required Skills Experience:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to onboarding.
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, etc.
- Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant IT skills.
- Robust stakeholder management with hiring managers and business teams.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview feedback, offers, joining and candidate experience.
- Strong MIS, ATS reporting, recruitment dashboards and hiring analytics.
- Analyze TTF/TAT, offer-to-joining, interview-to-selection, source effectiveness and funnel conversion.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot for screening, candidate summaries, communication and reporting.




- Identify opportunities for AI/automation in recruitment processes and improve hiring efficiency.
- Strong analytical, presentation and data-driven skills to present hiring insights.
- Pharma/Life Sciences recruitment experience is an added advantage, especially exposure to Veeva, CTMS, EDC, Clinical Data, RBQM, Planisware, AI/ML, Data Engineering and Cloud.
