Position: International Sales Executive

Type: Remote, Full time

Work Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM ( On Rotatational and Roster Basis )

Location: Work from Home

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and business-savvy Outbound Caller to engage with prospective leads, initiate conversations, and set up appointments for our US-based sales team . The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent English fluency , and a background in outbound calling or telemarketing.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telemarketing (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English - must be fluent and articulate.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and pain points.
- Experience in setting appointments for a US-based sales team is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maintain high productivity levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Google Suite, and other communication tools .
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills.

Preferred Educational Background





- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
- Candidates with a diploma or certification in sales, customer engagement, or telemarketing will be preferred.
