SALES EXECUTIVE JEWELLERY SHOWROOM

Position: Sales Executive

Working Hours: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day per week

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery and achieving sales targets while maintaining a premium customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and assist customers professionally in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
- Explain jewellery designs, product specifications, pricing and relevant details.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across gold, diamond and other jewellery categories.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain proper customer records and sales-related information.
- Coordinate with the billing,



inventory and other departments for smooth transactions.
- Ensure proper presentation and handling of jewellery as per company standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Maintain showroom discipline, grooming standards and professional behaviour.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, retail or premium sales preferred.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience from other industries may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Bengali preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confident, presentable and customer-oriented personality.
- Good follow-up skills and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail workplace.

The ideal candidate should be mature, confident, well-spoken, presentable and commercially driven, with a genuine interest in jewellery and the ability to build trust with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
