You will manage facility management, site administration, and support services so project teams can focus fully on delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage facility management and site administration across projects
- Coordinate operational support services for OM and EPC project teams
- Oversee site offices, logistics, and administrative workflows
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage vendor and service contracts for operational support
- Track and report operational metrics and support service levels
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech (Civil)
/ MBA
- 7-10 years of experience in operations, administration, or facility management
- Experience supporting infrastructure or construction project operations
- Solid coordination, vendor management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
- Exposure to multi-site infrastructure operations
- Familiarity with ERP-based operations and asset tracking
