Role & responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspection and job card preparation with accurate customer complaints.
- Explain required repairs, service schedules, estimated costs and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with Technicians, Workshop Manager and Parts Team for timely vehicle repair.
- Obtain customer approval for additional repairs and communicate any changes in cost or delivery time.
- Monitor the vehicle repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure proper quality checks and vehicle readiness before delivery.
- Explain completed work, parts replaced and charges to the customer during vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer concerns/complaints and ensure high CSI and customer satisfaction.




- Conduct post-service follow-ups and identify opportunities for repeat service and customer retention.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile workshop.
- Experience with premium/luxury car brands or authorized dealerships is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, service processes, job cards and repair estimation.
- Excellent customer handling, communication, negotiation and follow-up skills, with a focus on CSI and customer retention.
