Abhipsa Construction is looking for skilled Welding Technicians to perform structural welding on bridge and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding techniques and a robust commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding on structural steel components
- Read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications
- Prepare metal surfaces and set up welding equipment
- Inspect welded joints for quality and compliance with standards
- Maintain welding equipment and follow safety procedures
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Welding Technology or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in structural welding
- Certification in relevant welding processes
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Physical fitness for site work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bridge or heavy structural fabrication
- AWS or equivalent welding certifications
