- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Testing.
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
- Experience in creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools/frameworks.
- Experience in defect tracking and test management tools.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum testing methodologies.
