Responsibilities:

- To dispatch finished goods based on the receipt of PO from Marketing by coordinating with External Partner

- To communicate with the Manufacturing partner for product execution w.r.t Dispatch schedule.

- Post approval of plant by Quality team, subsequent code creations/extensions.

- CDA & LL agreement sign off.

- Interaction with CFT Country Pos will be shared to both HO team and Seven Global Team, will have to ensure on the release of PO to manufacturer w.r.t Price, Incoterms, Lead time and other requirement.

Postsharing of PO Follow up with manufacturer for the production schedule.

Supportcountry w.r.t regulatory requirements

Supportcountry w.r.t analytical support and other QC requirements.

Coordinatewith manufacturer and country regulatory in approval of artworks, if anychanges.

Coordinatewith manufacturer and country w.r.t pricing finalisation.





Shareshipping documents like Invoice, COA, COI, COO and logistics document like BLcopy/AWB to Seven global team.

Toshare the country in helping the mode of logistics, pricing approval and pricenegotiation with vendor

ConnectingVendor and Manufacturers in shipment clearance

Arrangingfinal BL copy/AWB copy from the logistic team taking approval parallelly frommanufacturer w.r.t address details

ToInteract with country Manager and team for any supports w.r.t Delivery,schedule and support.
