Role & responsibilities
- Achieve department sales and revenue targets
- Manage and motivate department staff
- Monitor stock, inventory, and product displays
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Track sales performance and KPIs
- Handle customer issues and resolve operational concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 5 to 8 years of retail experience in Apparel Sales(Mens,Women's,Kids Wear, Saree)
- Experience in team handling and department/store operations.
- Strong sales and target achievement record.
- Good knowledge of inventory and merchandising.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced workplace.
