SALES & BUSINESS EXECUTIVE (TELECALLER)

Salary: 10,000–12,000 per month + Performance Incentives

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring self-motivated and target-oriented Sales & Business Executives (Telecallers) to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert customers for our Loan, Loan Resolution, Mutual Fund, and Legal Services verticals.

This is a sales and target-driven role, not just a calling profile. Candidates must have prior experience in the loan/financial services domain and be comfortable with customer acquisition and monthly business targets.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.

Follow up regularly with leads and work towards customer conversion.

Generate business for different loan and financial products.

Generate leads for loan and credit card resolution services.

Identify and refer customers interested in mutual fund products.

Generate enquiries for legal consultation and related services.

Explain services clearly and arrange meetings with interested customers.

Collect preliminary customer information and documents when required.





Generate additional business through referrals and networking.

Coordinate with internal processing and professional teams.

Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Attend customer meetings or field visits when required.

Achieve assigned monthly lead, conversion, and business targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Loan/DSA/Banking/NBFC domain is mandatory.

Prior experience in telecalling and loan sales/customer acquisition is preferred.

Knowledge of Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, OD/CC, or other lending products will be an advantage.

Solid communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable with outbound calling and regular customer follow-up.

Must be comfortable working with monthly sales and business targets.

Self-motivated and capable of taking responsibility for lead conversion.
