- Manage employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring seamless HR operations.
- Oversee master data management, including PMS, Mediclaim, and other perks administration.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management (Onboarding, Performance Management System).
- Proficiency in Master Data Management tools such as HRMS/PMS.
