Role & responsibilities
- Travel across India to represent the company at book fairs and drive book sales.
- Lead and manage a team of 810 members, ensuring smooth coordination and performance.
- Take complete ownership of stall setup, inventory, daily operations, and customer experience.
- Handle cash, sales collections, expenses, and event-wise financial reconciliation.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and book fair operations run efficiently from start to finish.
