- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in affordable housing finance, home loans, and mortgage loans.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch recent products that meet customer needs.

Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of affordable housing finance, DST (Direct Sales Team), HL (Home Loan) & Mortgage Loans concepts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
