Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and promote Busbar Trunking solutions across industrial, commercial, and residential segments to achieve business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities by conducting market research, developing leads, and expanding the customer base.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to support field sales activities and close high-value business opportunities.
- Conduct regular product and sales training for the technical team and Relationship Managers to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities.
- Achieve sales, Gross Profit (GP), and inventory turnover targets through effective commercial planning and stock management.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with principal brand partners while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
- Ensure timely payment collections, accurate documentation, and smooth order execution while maintaining operational and commercial excellence.
