Job Summary

SYSMIC is looking for a highly creative, innovative, and technically strong UI / Website Designer who can independently handle both design and development.

We are looking for someone who can understand a brand, conceptualize a unique website experience, create visually impressive designs, and transform those designs into clean, responsive, and functional websites.

This role is ideal for a candidate who combines creative thinking, UI/UX expertise, branding knowledge, and strong frontend development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design unique websites and digital experiences from scratch.
- Understand the client's business, target audience, brand identity, and requirements before starting the design.
- Create creative, modern, and user-friendly UI/UX designs.
- Convert design concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive, and functional websites.
- Develop websites using clean and structured HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Design, develop, and customize WordPress websites, including themes, layouts, and content structures.
- Work on frontend development and integration for Angular and Node.js-based projects.
- Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Maintain strong visual consistency, branding, typography, layouts, and design standards.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, responsiveness, and SEO-friendly implementation.
- Handle website enhancements, updates, maintenance, and bug fixes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and present design concepts.

Branding & Creative Design

The candidate should have a robust understanding of branding and visual identity,



not just website design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/Website Design and Development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3,



and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in WordPress development and customization.
- Good working knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design.
- Good knowledge of Angular and Node.js.
- Ability to independently design and develop complete websites.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of website performance and SEO-friendly development.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Background

Candidates with an educational or qualified background in the following areas will be preferred:

However, creative ability and portfolio will be given greater importance than the academic qualification alone.

Good to Have

- Experience creating custom WordPress themes.
- Knowledge of API integration and basic backend concepts.
- Experience with website animations and micro-interactions.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly coding practices.
- Familiarity with hosting, domains, SSL, and website deployment.
- Experience working in a creative or digital agency environment.
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools.

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is mandatory for this position.
