Job Title: Java Developer

Experience Level: 1.5+ Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Java Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

Key Responsibilities

- Application Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Core Java (JDK 8+) and advanced Java frameworks.
- Architecture & Design: Participate in the design of microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Excel Massaging Perform Excel operations with java Code.
- Database Management: Build and optimize database queries; work extensively with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Redis).
- Code Quality: Conduct peer code reviews, write unit/integration tests (JUnit, Mockito),



and maintain high code coverage.
- Deployment & CI/CD: Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for continuous integration and automated deployments.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose system issues, debug backend performance bottlenecks, and resolve application defects in production.

Essential Technical Requirements

- Primary Languages: Core Java, J2EE.
- Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate / JPA.
- Web Services: RESTful APIs, SOAP, Microservices.
- Databases: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Tools & Platforms: Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Methodologies: Agile/Scrum framework, Jira.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/MCA preferred).
- Experience: 1.5+ years of skilled, hands-on experience in enterprise software development.

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices
