Job Description:

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:

1. Project Planning & Tracking. Ensuring Project Planning & site installation planning based on customer's requirements. Having a seamless coordination & tracking with Production Planning and Control to dynamically manage fluctuating loads and change in priorities due to customer changes / Design changes / Manufacturing priority changes. Having an internal communication system to ensure transparency in progress of projects at various stages and to ensure escalations in timely manner. Experiencing in Training of resources

2. Site Management, Contractor Management & Cost Optimization Ensuring smooth installation process and communicating progress to customer, ensuring proper closure through completion certificate Knowledge on Contractor Management & negotiation on commercials. Monitoring overall installation cost

3. Productivity improvement.



Actively involving in improvements & kaizens. Ensuring Overall coordination for on time delivery of projects

4. Project Quality Management. Building quality checks & measures 5. Customer Management. Ensuring smooth communication with customer on escalation

6. Organizational Imperatives. Actively participating and originating Kaizens. Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives. Adhere to Compliance and Safe Working Workplace

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential: Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical)

Preferred: B.E. Mechanical / Civil / DME / DCE

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:

2 years of relevant work experience for Degree in Engineering OR 3 years of relevant work experience for Diploma in Engineering

Preferred:

1-3 years of relevant experience in Racking installation (or) Steel structure Installation

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential:

1. Go -getter

2. Negotiation Skills

3. Exposure to MS Projects

4. Willing to travel across India
