Finance Associate US Entity (QuickBooks)

Mumbai | Full-time | 25,000/month approx. (based on experience)

About the Role

Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, and compliance for our US entity. You'll work directly with the founders and coordinate with our US CPA on federal and Florida tax filings.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books in QuickBooks; complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Issue invoices on time, track receivables, and follow up on payments
- Keep contracts, invoices, and vendor records organized and audit-ready
- Monitor IRS and Florida compliance requirements and support the CPA
- Identify tax-saving and cost-efficiency opportunities
- Prepare a monthly report for founders (P&L;, cash flow, receivables, expenses)

Requirements

- 13 years in accounting or finance operations; CA firm experience preferred




- CA Inter/Finalist, BBA/MBA (Finance), MCom, or BCom with relevant experience
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills; willingness to learn QuickBooks
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Bonus: QuickBooks, US accounting/tax exposure, startup experience
