Post : Purchase Manager
Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 2 year in Pharma company
Age : Below 32 years
Salary : 15 LPA
Job Profile
- Floating enquires as per the Raw material / promotional statement provided by Marketing Team.
- Calling for samples & quotations on letter head, checking the following items in quotation: HSN code, Quantity, Pricing, No of days required for production.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure the Purchase order is raised & signed by Department heads & thereafter sent to vendor.
- Coordinate with the vendor to send the dummy as approved by Marketing & Purchase team.
- Coordinate the vendor for original Tax invoice copy for submitting to account department.
- Arrange inspection report from warehouse & submit the report with Purchase order & Inventory report to account department for payment.
- Meeting new vendor for Product sourcing as per the price band
- Organizing display from vendor in co- ordinate with marketing team for new products.
- Complaints to be resolved SPR to material supplied.
Skills
- Good in computer skills ie Word and Advance Excel
- Should have SAP knowledge
- Valuable Communication verbal and written
