- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses and locations.
- Track stock movements, inventory turnover, and aging inventory.
- Analyze slow-moving,non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.
Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in demand forecasting based on sales trends, historical data, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor Buffer replenishment at all locations.
- Support monthly and quarterly planning reviews.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate inventory and planning reports for management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory days, stock outs, fill rate, and service level.
- Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain planning dashboards and reports.
Coordination & Process Improvement
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material shortages.
- Support implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce inventory costs and improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management standards.
