- Develop and manage B2B sales for electrical products such as switchgears, control panels, EV chargers, relays, meters, plugs & sockets.
- Build solid relationships with electrical contractors, consultants, panel builders, EPCs, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and collection goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and field visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and delivery schedules.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare MIS reports and sales forecasts for management review.
