Role & responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent requirements, and establish candidate profiles for various roles within Construction, EPC and Data Centre etc.
* Utilize various sourcing channels, including Vendor Partners, Job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
* Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging internal and external resources.
* Screen, assess, and interview potential candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and alignment with the company's culture and values.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth and effective interview process for all parties involved.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation using the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize sourcing strategies, streamline processes,



and implement best practices to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
* Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies and recruitment trends to continuously improve sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Profile

- Mandatory experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure Projects / Data Centre industry.
- Proven experience in volume hiring / bulk recruitment across multiple functions and project requirements.
- Experience in team handling, mentoring, target management, and driving recruitment closures through a team.
- Strong track record of sourcing and attracting talent through multiple channels, including vendor management, job portals, direct sourcing, networking, and social media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates, high-volume requirements, tight TATs, and geographically distributed project
- MBA full time mendatory.
- Male preferred.
