Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales performance, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
- Manage store operations, inventory, cash, and POS activities.
- Ensure adherence to Lenskart SOPs and operational standards.
- Monitor store performance, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team coaching and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure proper staffing, shift planning, and smooth store functioning.




- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, product display, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure eye-checkup processes and quality standards are followed.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 4+ years in retail sales/operations, with relevant store management experience.
- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Result-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Good understanding of store operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
