Role & responsibilities

- Audit of Tele/video/ HVV cases
- Training to doctors, callers and auditors
- Involving with team leader on preparing monthly performance analysis
- Monitoring cases flow and pendency for special reports cases
- Handling spocs and audit team queries or addressing the query to senior person for resolution
- Should be adaptable to work from home in second shift 2 to 10:30 pm / 3 to 11:30 pm
- 1 Sunday will be working due to closing

Language: English Hindi Tamil Kannada

Salary: 20k to 22k

Qualif: BAMS,BHMS
