About the Role

The Founder’s Office - Special Projects & Initiatives role is a high-impact position working directly with the Founder across multiple businesses and strategic initiatives.

This role combines business problem-solving, execution ownership, and cross-functional project management, along with selective founder support responsibilities to ensure effective prioritization and follow-through.

The role will involve working on a range of initiatives across manufacturing, FMCG, and technology-led businesses, with a strong focus on driving execution, solving business problems, and supporting decision-making.

Given the nature of the Founder’s Office, the role is dynamic and will evolve based on business priorities.



We are hiring multiple individuals for this role to build a strong Founder’s Office team that can operate as a central execution engine across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Projects & Strategic Initiatives

- Work closely with the Founder on key business initiatives across Surya Global Flexifilms, Priyagold, and Brahmaa AI
- Support new initiatives including business expansion, pilot projects, and cross-functional programs
- Contribute to structuring and driving high-priority projects from idea to execution dispatch

Problem Solving & Execution

- Take ownership of solving business problems across functions such as sales, operations, supply chain, and vendor management
- Work on ambiguous problem statements and drive structured solutions
- Ensure timely execution and closure of key founder-led initiatives

Research & Business Analysis

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business feasibility studies
- Support decision-making through data analysis and structured insights
- Explore and evaluate new-age opportunities, including AI-led applications

Founder Enablement & Business Support

- Support the Founder in managing day-to-day priorities, including coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring closure on key items
- Assist in structuring information, preparing briefs,



and organizing inputs required for decision-making
- Manage high-priority communications and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Provide operational and administrative support where required in line with business priorities

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

- 2 to 10 years of experience in roles involving business analysis, operations, consulting, strategy, project management, or similar problem-solving environments. MBA from Tier I/II institutes preferred.
- Candidates with strong academic backgrounds in finance, economics, analytics, or related fields may also be considered
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
- High ownership mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High learning agility and adaptability across different business contexts
- Interest in business, operations, and emerging areas such as AI
