Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an outbound calling process with a leading brand/company in Noida Sector 63. The ideal candidate should have solid English communication skills and prior experience in calling/customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and handle queries professionally.
- Communicate with customers in fluent English.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain professional communication and achieve process-related targets.




- Follow up with customers as required and maintain proper call records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an outbound/inbound calling process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working from the Noida Sector 63 location.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
