- Conduct thorough document verification and checking for clients' KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
- Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documents, including identification papers, proof of address, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to document submission.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client queries and concerns.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Robust understanding of KYC certification processes and regulations.
- Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
